Veracruz 1631
Veracruz was the most significant port of the New World. From its docks, thousands of galleons full of valuable goods sailed to the Spanish crown. However, hundreds of them sank due to rough weather.
Caribbean
The board shows the Caribbean in the 18th century. Six pirate ships lie in wait on the sea. They are ready to pillage the rich ports or to rob the booty from other ships. The sea is divided into spaces. Each player has three safe havens marked in his color on the board.
Jamaica (2nd Edition)
In February 1678, after a long career of piracy, Henry Morgan cleverly managed to get himself named Governor of Jamaica, charged with driving out pirates and buccaneers! Rather than doing that, he invited all his former “associates” and brothers-in-arms to settle there, where they were able to finally enjoy the fruits of their activities with total impunity.
All aboard!
