DELIVERY & PAYMENT POLICY

This Delivery & Payment Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Delivery & Payment Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

KIENDA aims to dispatch all items the same day as receiving orders, as long as the order is validated before 2:00 PM.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only.
During busy periods, orders might not be processed during the same day and could experience short delays.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

• Orders only ship on business day, which are Monday - Friday
• Kienda can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
• We do not currently offer any international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

All purchases are charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where appropriate. We accept debit or credit card payments using PayPal secure payment system; Bank transfers are also accepted.
